Terms & Conditions

Review our factory manufacturing rules, blueprint validation policies, equipment warranties, and delivery frameworks.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions govern all industrial sales, machine design engineering, customized conveyor fabrication, and laser cutting services performed by Shiv Laser Tech at our Vatva, Ahmedabad factory floor for corporate or private buyers.

2. Design Approvals & CAD Blueprints

For custom handling systems (Belt Conveyor, Inclined Screw, Roller Conveyor, or automation integrations):

  • Fabrication strictly begins only after the client reviews, signs, and returns the formal 2D/3D CAD design drawings provided by our engineering department.
  • Any modifications to machine dimensions, belt width, frame thicknesses, motor horsepower, or auxiliary sensor spacing requested after signing off will result in adjusted fabrication pricing and delayed lead dates.

3. Fabrication Lead Times & Payment Milestones

Standard fabrication runs average between 4 to 8 weeks after design approval, depending on system scale. Unless agreed otherwise in writing under unique corporate invoices:

  • Advance Payment: 50% advance booking deposit is required to purchase structural materials, lasers resources, and electric drives.
  • Dispatch Clearance: Balance 50% is due immediately upon the successful Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) run at our Ahmedabad floor prior to logistics dispatch.

4. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

Shiv Laser Tech is highly dedicated to absolute machine excellence. Clients or their appointed quality checkers are highly encouraged to visit our Ahmedabad facility to verify fully assembled active conveyor runs. This testing ensures that belt tracking, noise limits, speed control, load alignment, and welds meet certified specs before packing.

5. Equipment Warranties & Limitations

We provide a **12-Month Manufacturer Warranty** on all conveyor models, subject to the following rules:

  • The warranty completely covers manufacturing defects on structural steel frames, steel rollers, central shafts, weld seams, sprockets, and gear casings.
  • Exclusions: The warranty excludes natural wear and tear items, such as rubber/PVC belt surfaces, electrical surge motor damage, and component damage resulting from operational overload exceeding rated limits.
  • Warranty support becomes null and void if any third-party mechanics modify electrical panels or mechanical frameworks without explicit authorization from our Ahmedabad service engineers.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from engineering orders or delivery operations shall be governed under the laws of the State of Gujarat, India. Both parties agree that the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall hold exclusive jurisdictional rights.
