FACTORY CAPACITY

Our Production Infrastructure

Located in the industrial hub of Vatva, Ahmedabad, our facility features heavy machinery to fulfill high-volume components quickly.

Fiber Laser CNC Units

Equipped with 6kW and 8kW fiber laser resonators with a 1500 x 3000mm sheet cutting bed. We slice through Mild Steel sheets up to 25mm thick and Stainless Steel sheets up to 16mm thick with a high-accuracy positional tolerance of +/- 0.05mm.

CNC Press Bending

Multi-axis CNC bending systems ensure that structural steel channel profiles, sheet frameworks, brackets, and conveyor casing walls are bent with extreme accuracy, yielding completely stress-free fits upon on-site splicing.

Assembly & Testing Beds

Before dispatch, every single conveyor assembly is fully set up, powered, run for 4 hours, and checked for tracking, belt tension, operating decibels, and motor thermal output to eliminate startup hiccups.
